How to Cancel a PureLung Order or Stop a Recurring Charge

Act quickly
Orders can be packed within a short time, and a shipped order is harder to stop. If you change your mind, contact the order desk at once, and say you want to cancel, not just to ask about it. The live checkout page and your order email show the terms that apply.

Steps to cancel
- Find your order email and note the order number.
- Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected].
- Say you want to cancel the order and any repeat shipments.
- Ask for an email that confirms the cancellation, with the date.
- Check your card statement over the next two weeks.
Write down the name of the person and the time of each call. If the call goes to voicemail, leave your order number and a callback number, and send an email as well so that there is a written record with a date on it.
If the order already shipped
Ask whether the parcel can be refused at delivery or returned unopened. The retailer's pack says return shipping is paid by the buyer. Follow the refund policy steps and the instructions on the live listing.
Recurring charges
Before paying, look for any box that adds a subscription, and untick it if you do not want one. If a second charge appears that you did not expect, contact the seller first. If it does not stop, ask your card issuer to block the merchant and to dispute the charge (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
