PureLung Shipping: What We Know and What the Checkout Shows
PureLung orders ship from the U.S. through the seller's order desk. Costs, times and any free-shipping offer show at checkout, and we do not guess them. For tracking, changes or a damaged bottle, call the order desk with your order ID. Check the seal and the label when the box arrives.

The basics01
How does PureLung shipping work?
You order through the checkout, and the seller's fulfillment ships from the United States. The order email holds your order ID and, once the parcel leaves, a tracking number from the carrier.
We list no shipping fee, time or carrier because the sales page was blank on those points and we will not guess. The checkout shows shipping, if any, before you pay. If it does not, ask before you buy. A fair seller shows the total with shipping before you confirm.
| Question | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Is there a fee? | Checkout total, before you pay |
| How long will it take? | Order email and carrier tracking |
| Which carrier? | Tracking email |
| Is there free shipping? | Checkout, if offered |
| Can I change the address? | Call the order desk fast |
On arrival02
What do you do when the parcel arrives?
Open it soon, and check it before you use anything. A careful look takes a minute.
- Count the bottles against your pack: 1, 3 or 6.
- Check each bottle for the name, the label and the seal.
- Read the lot and date and note them.
- Photograph the bottle and the packaging if anything looks wrong.
- Keep the box and the packing slip until you are happy.
If something is missing or damaged, call the order desk the same day with your order ID, photos and the tracking number. The sooner you call, the easier it is to fix.
Delays03
What if a parcel is late or lost?
Check the tracking link first. A delay of a few days is common around holidays. If tracking has not moved for several days, call the order desk with your order ID. If the tracker says delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbors and your building first, then call.
Ask for a written reply that names the next step and the date. If you paid by card and the seller cannot resolve it, your card issuer can help with a dispute. Keep the order email and every note you took. FDA says supplements should be handled and stored properly, and a bottle that sat in extreme heat in a truck may not be fine. If it arrives hot, warped or leaking, do not use it.
Storage04
How should you store a new bottle?
A storage line is cut off on the label image we have. A safe default for any supplement is a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight, with the cap tight, and out of reach of children.
Do not keep it in a car, a window sill or a bathroom. Heat and humidity can spoil capsules. If you have several bottles from a large pack, keep the extra ones sealed until you need them, and write the open date on the bottle in use.
Safety05
Does shipping carry any safety rules?
Nothing special for a capsule supplement, but we add two cautions. Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with, and do not use a bottle with a broken seal. And if you travel with it, keep it in the original bottle with the label, since the label shows what you carry.
For a quality problem, contact the order desk and report it to FDA's MedWatch program (FDA, MedWatch). You can reach the desk on the contact page.

See packsRecords06
What should you keep from your order?
A small folder of records solves most problems. Save the order email, the payment receipt, the tracking email and a photo of each bottle's label and lot when you open the box. Add notes of any call: date, time, name and what was agreed.
These records matter for a return, for a card dispute, for a quality report and for your pharmacist. They also let you check whether the label on your bottle matches the one on this site. If you reorder later and the bottle looks different, you will have the first one to compare. Most people never need the folder, and the ones who do are glad they kept it.
Tracking07
How do you read a tracking page?
Tracking shows scans by the carrier: label created, picked up, in transit, out for delivery and delivered. A label created but no pickup scan for several days means the parcel has not left the warehouse. A long gap between scans is common on long routes and is not always a sign of trouble.
If the status says delivered and you do not see the parcel, check the porch, the mailbox, the neighbors, the building office and the side door. If it is still missing after a day, call the order desk. Ask the carrier too, since some carriers keep a delivery photo or a location pin, which can settle the question fast.
Planning08
How can you plan around delivery so you never run out unexpectedly?
You do not need a supplement to arrive at a set day, since none of the claims depend on timing. Even so, planning keeps a routine steady. A bottle holds 30 servings, so count how many are left and reorder only when you are sure you want to continue.
Do not reorder in a rush because a timer or a banner says so. Take a day, check your note and your plan, and talk to your clinician if you are unsure. If you hold a spare bottle, keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. If an order arrives while you still have most of the last bottle, the guarantee window still counts from the date on the live listing, so read how it works first and do not assume that older bottles can be returned later.
The planner on the pricing page counts bottles for a number of months, and the guarantee page explains the return window.
Addresses09
What about shipping to a P.O. box or a different address?
Many carriers cannot deliver some parcels to a P.O. box, so use a street address where someone can receive it. If you are away, ask a trusted person to bring the parcel inside, since heat in a mailbox or on a porch can harm capsules. If you need to send a gift, tell the order desk, since the packing slip may show the price or the order details, and the guarantee goes to the person who placed the order. Check the address on the final checkout page before you pay, because a wrong digit is a common cause of a lost parcel.
