Is PureLung Legit? What You Can Check and What You Cannot
PureLung is a real labeled product with a named distributor, an order desk and seller references for lot and CoA. That makes it a real product, not a proven one. No lab is named, no trial of the capsule was found, and the lung claims are unproven. Legit does not mean it works.

The short answer01
Is PureLung a real product or a scam?
It is a real labeled product, and a real order desk handles placed orders. The risk is not that nothing ships. The risk is believing claims the evidence does not support.
Scam checks look for hidden charges, fake reviews, fake doctors and no way to reach the seller. We found a phone line, two emails, an office address and a returns address in the seller details. We also found sample reviews and sample ratings in the seller's pack, which we did not publish, and badge graphics we could not back. Both are on the list below.
- 60 capsules a bottle, 2 a serving
- Every label line typed out
- 45 public sources cited
- Prices left blank, not guessed
- No invented reviews or ratings
Checkable02
What can you check yourself?
Quite a bit. The label, the distributor, the seller details and the lot reference are all things you can ask about.
- The label: the front, the panel and the distributor line, on supplement facts.
- The distributor: MJO, Sheridan, WY 82801, as printed. No phone is printed.
- The order desk: a phone number and an email on the contact page.
- The guarantee: printed on the live listing and summarized on the guarantee page.
- The lot and CoA: seller references on batch verify.
Unverified03
What can you not check?
The effect, the lab and the trust badges. No study of PureLung was found. The "Third Party Tested" mark names no lab. The seller's graphics show "FDA registered", "GMP certified", "doctor formulated", "GMO free", "natural", "gluten free", "dairy free" and "American Company". We did not publish them, because nothing on the label names a certifier.
FDA does not approve supplements before sale, and "FDA registered" describes a facility's registration, not a review of the product (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). No official GMP mark by itself tells you which standard applies. A badge without a name is not a verified fact.
| Claim | Confirmed? |
|---|---|
| FDA registered | No; and registration is not approval |
| GMP certified | No certifier named |
| Doctor formulated | No doctor named |
| Third Party Tested | Mark printed; no lab named |
| American Company | A graphic, not a label statement |
Decision04
How should you decide?
Weigh what is real against what is promised. A real product with an honest label is a fair starting point. A real product with untested lung claims is a reason to keep your medicine, check the names and avoid high hopes.
Compare it with a safer choice of how to spend your effort: not smoking, clean air, vaccines, activity and your plan (ALA, Tips to Keep Your Lungs Healthy). If you still want to try it, buy from the authorized checkout, check the bottle and keep your receipts. See where to buy and name confusion for lookalikes.
Who is behind it05
What does the distributor line tell you?
The label prints "Distributed by: MJO, Sheridan, WY 82801". That names a distributor and a town. It does not name the manufacturer, a street address or a phone number.
Sheridan is a real city in Wyoming. Some small companies use a registered agent address in a state with low filing costs, which is legal and common. It does not tell you where the capsules are made or tested. For that, the label would need a "Manufactured by" line, a facility line and a country of origin. None is legible in our image. A seller graphic says "American Company", and we do not treat that as a label statement. If knowing the maker matters to you, ask the order desk and the distributor, and tell us the answer.

How does a retailer relationship work?
This site is the information site for a U.S. authorized retailer. The retailer takes orders through a checkout run on a separate sales platform, which is why the order button leaves this site. Claims of "authorized" status are the seller's, and we list them in our confirm list for the owner to verify with the brand.
It earns money when you buy through the order links, and that is stated on every page. That does not change the facts here, but you should know it and weigh our words with it in mind. We do not take payment to change a review, a score or a safety note.
Scam signs07
What red flags did we look for?
We used the list that consumer agencies share. Each one is a question you can ask of any supplement site.
- Fake urgency: countdown timers, "only 3 left" and "today only" prices. We use none.
- Invented proof: star scores and buyer counts with no source. We removed them.
- Fake experts: a doctor or scientist who cannot be checked. We name none.
- Hidden terms: a subscription or auto-ship in the fine print. Read the live checkout for it.
- No contact: we list a phone, emails and addresses on the contact page.
- Disease claims: promises of disease treatment or lung repair. We remove them and say what the label does not claim.
The FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). That standard is the line between a legitimate seller and a risky one, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.
What would help08
What would make us more sure?
A named lab, a full CoA that lists each name and amount, a named manufacturer with a facility statement, a legible directions line, and one randomized trial of the capsule against a placebo. Each is a fair thing to ask any supplement brand for.
If you hold one of those, send it to us at the contact page. We will read it, say what it shows, and update the pages. Evidence moves the page, not the other way around. Until then, the short answer is that PureLung is a real labeled product with a short list of verified facts, and that its lung claims are unproven.
Comparing09
How do you compare PureLung with another lung supplement?
Use the same four questions on every product. Does it name a disease? Are the amounts printed? Is there a trial of the exact product? Does the seller tell you to keep your medicine?
If a competing product answers yes to all four, it is a stronger candidate than PureLung on transparency alone, whatever its price. If it also lists a smaller number of names, the list of interactions to check is shorter, too. We are not endorsing any other product. We are showing the method so you can choose with a clear head, and so a pharmacist can compare labels side by side with you.
