Content is for information only and not medical advice. Product names and marks belong to their owners, and we may update these terms.

What do these terms cover?
They cover your use of ipurelung.com and its pages. They do not cover the checkout, which is run by the retailer on a separate platform under its own terms and privacy notice.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If these terms conflict with a law that protects you, the law applies. We write them in plain words, and we keep them short, so you can read them before you act.

What is the site, and what is it not?
It is an information site that reads the PureLung label, cites public sources and links to the retailer's checkout. It is not the manufacturer, not the distributor named on the label and not a medical provider.
Everything on it is general information. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a promise of a result. See the disclaimer for the medical, FDA and affiliate notices, which form part of these terms.

How do orders and refunds work?
When you press an order button, you leave this site for the retailer's checkout. The contract for the sale is between you and the retailer. Price, shipping, tax, the guarantee and the return process are those shown at checkout and in your order email.
Our pricing, shipping, guarantee and refund policy pages summarize what we know, and the live terms win if they differ. We do not hold your payment, and we cannot process a refund. Contact the order desk through the contact page.

What can you do with our content?
You may read it, print a page for your own use and share a link. You may quote short parts with credit and a link. You may not copy whole pages, scrape the site, pass our text off as your own or use it to sell a product with claims we do not make.
Product images are brand renders used to show the product. The marks belong to their owners. If you own a right in something on the site and think we misuse it, tell us at the contact page and we will look at it.

Are the pages always right?
We work to keep them accurate, and we date them. We can still make mistakes, and sources change. We do not guarantee that a page is complete or current. Check your own bottle and the live checkout, and ask a clinician about your health.
If you find an error, tell us. We correct errors, and we say so when the change is material. We do not remove a fact because a seller or a brand would like it gone. We do remove a statement that a source does not support.

What about links, changes and law?
We link to outside sources, such as FDA and the NIH, for your reference. We do not control them. Some links go to the retailer and carry rel="sponsored nofollow", and we earn money when you buy through them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the retailer is based, subject to any consumer law that applies to you. If a part is found invalid, the rest stays.

What rules apply to your use of the site?
Use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to break it, overload it or reach parts that are not public. Do not post or send us anything unlawful, false or harmful. Do not impersonate anyone, including the retailer, the distributor or us. Do not use the site to sell or promote a product with health claims we do not make.
If you contact us, we use what you send only to answer you and to improve the site, as the privacy policy explains. If you send a review, you confirm that it is true, that it is yours and that you may share it. We may edit private details, and we may decline a review that breaks these rules. We never publish a review that we cannot match to an order.

How does the site handle disputes and contact?
Start with a friendly message. For an order, call the order desk. For the site, write to the site email. Most issues end there. If we cannot resolve a matter, you keep any right you have under the law, including the right to contact a consumer agency or your card issuer.
We keep the right to correct, add or remove content, and to stop or change the site at any time. We do not owe you a notice before a change, though we will mark material changes with a date. The terms are in force from the date shown at the top of the page, and earlier versions stop at that date. Thank you for reading them.

What happens to the information you send us?
If you email the site, we read it, reply and keep the thread so we can follow up. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a list unless you ask. If you send a photo of a label or a bottle, we use it to check the page and may delete it afterward. If you send a health detail, we will not repeat it on the site, and we ask you not to send more than needed.
For an order, the retailer handles the data you give at checkout under its own notice. For a safety report, we suggest you also tell FDA's MedWatch program, since a report there helps others (FDA, MedWatch).

The site is meant for adults. PureLung is a supplement for adults, and the label says to consult a physician under 18. If you are under 18, please read it with a parent or guardian, and do not place an order. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

We may block access for misuse, such as scraping, attacks or abuse. You may stop using the site at any time, and the parts of these terms about content, accuracy and liability continue after you leave.
