PureLung Capsules: 60 per Bottle, a Serving of 2, and What the Label Leaves Out

Quick answer

PureLung is a capsule supplement. The label shows 60 capsules in a white bottle, a serving size of 2 capsules and 30 servings. Rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide are listed as inactive ingredients. The capsule shell is not described, and some seller pages show a different count, so the label is the source here.

Form01

Is PureLung a capsule, a pill or a powder?

PureLung is a capsule. The front of the bottle says 60 Capsules and DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, and the supplement facts panel gives the serving size in capsules.

Seller materials call it a "supplement" and a "formula" but the label settles the form: capsules, not tablets, gummies, powder or a spray. If you swallow pills with difficulty, ask a pharmacist before opening capsules, since the blend is not designed for that.

Counting02

How many capsules come in a bottle, and how long does one last?

A bottle holds 60 capsules. With a serving of 2 capsules, that is 30 servings.

How many servings a day you take is set by the directions printed on the bottle. The legible part of ours reads "take 2 capsules" and is cut off, so we do not state a daily plan. The planner counts bottles for a given number of servings only.

3 months

At 1 serving a day for 3 months you need about 3 bottles (180 capsules). The 3-bottle pack covers it. Prices are blank until confirmed.

A planning aid only. It does not say how many capsules to take: that is what the bottle says. Pack sizes: 1, 3 and 6 bottles.

Other ingredients03

What are the inactive ingredients for?

Rice flour is a filler that gives the capsule bulk. Magnesium stearate is a flow agent that keeps powders from sticking to machines. Silica dioxide keeps the powder from clumping. All three are common in supplement capsules.

The label does not state what the capsule shell is made of. Some shells are gelatin and some are plant-based. If that matters to you for dietary reasons, ask the order desk before you order, and tell us if the answer differs from what we state here.

  • Printed: rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica dioxide.
  • Not printed: shell material, allergen statement, sodium, calories.

Conflicts04

Does a seller listing show a different count?

Yes, sometimes. A marketplace listing we saw describes a two-pack of "120 capsules". That would be two bottles of 60, which fits the label, but we could not confirm the listing, so we do not rely on it.

Counts can differ by pack. A 3-bottle pack holds 180 capsules, and a 6-bottle pack holds 360. Always count what arrives and compare it with the label on your bottle. The seller's own checkout shows the pack contents, and the where to buy page explains how to spot a copy.

Storage05

How should you store and handle capsules?

A storage line begins on the side panel but is cut off. A safe default for any supplement is a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture, with the lid closed tightly and out of reach of children, unless your bottle says otherwise.

Do not use a bottle if a safety seal is damaged or missing. The label we can read mentions the seal. Report a quality problem to FDA MedWatch if you find one (FDA, MedWatch).

Before you start06

What should you ask before you swallow them?

Ask whether eleven mixed names suit your health, not whether the form is easy. The capsule form is simple. The blend is the part that needs a second look.

Tell a pharmacist about every medicine and supplement you take, and mention that this one holds ginkgo, green tea extract, cinnamon extract and two vitamins (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need To Know). Those names matter for blood thinners, the liver and some diabetes medicines. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or planning surgery, the side panel says to consult a physician first, and so do we.

  • Take it to the visit: bring the bottle or a photo of the label.
  • Keep your plan: do not stop an inhaler or controller medicine for any supplement.
  • Watch for effects: stomach upset, headache, a rash or any new symptom means stop and call.

How does the capsule form compare with others?

Common supplement forms side by side

Capsules keep a mix of powders in one swallow. The tradeoff is that you cannot split a dose, and the blend amount per capsule is not printed for each name. If you need a clearer label with a printed amount on every line, you may want to compare other products with your pharmacist.

FAQ08

PureLung questions people ask

Are PureLung capsules vegan?

The label does not say what the capsule shell is made of, so we cannot say. Ask the order desk or the distributor.

How many capsules are in one bottle?

60 capsules, which is 30 servings of 2 capsules.

Can I open the capsules?

The label gives no instructions to open them. Ask a pharmacist before changing how a supplement is taken.

Are the capsules gluten free?

Rice flour is listed as an inactive ingredient, which is not wheat. The label we have prints no gluten statement, so read your bottle.

Where do I find the lot number?

Look on the bottle. The seller lists a lot and CoA reference for checking, covered on the batch verify page.

Do the capsules have an odor or taste?

The label does not describe it. Report anything unusual to the seller and to MedWatch.

What is the shelf life?

No expiry line is legible in our image. Check your bottle for a date and do not use it after that.
