The panel01
What does the PureLung Supplement Facts panel say?
It prints a serving size, a count and a blend. Tap a dot on the picture to see each line in plain words.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
- Serving
Serving Size: 2 Capsules. Servings Per Container: 30. A bottle of 60 capsules is 30 servings.
- Proprietary Blend 600mg
One blend, 600 mg per serving. Amount per name is not printed. %DV is marked ** which means Daily Value not established.
- First name: Himalayan Pink Salt
Names in a blend are listed from heaviest to lightest, so the salt is the largest name, at least about 55 mg.
- AGP Choline, Bacopa, Lutein
Names 3, 4 and 5. The percentages after bacopa (20%) and lutein (5%) are standardization figures the label does not explain.
- Bilberry leaf, B6, Ginkgo
Names 6, 7 and 8. Vitamin B6 is printed 'as Pyridoxine' with no milligram amount.
- B12, Zeaxanthin, Green Tea
Names 9, 10 and 11. Green Tea Extract (50%) is last, so it is the lightest name, at most about 55 mg.
- Daily Value note
** Daily Value not established (DV).
- Inactive ingredients
Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate, Silica Dioxide.
- Distributor
Distributed by: MJO, Sheridan, WY 82801. The manufacturer is not named, and no phone number is printed on this panel.
The top of the panel reads Serving Size 2 Capsules and Servings Per Container 30. The next line reads Proprietary Blend, 600 mg, with "Daily Value not established" beside it. Below are the eleven names, then the line for other ingredients and the distributor, MJO, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Counting02
What do the numbers mean?
A bottle holds 60 capsules. Two capsules make a serving, so one bottle holds 30 servings. At 600 mg a serving, a bottle holds 18,000 mg of blend, which is 18 g.
| Line | As printed | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Capsules per bottle | 60 | A bottle is 30 servings |
| Serving size | 2 capsules | Blend averages 300 mg a capsule |
| Blend per serving | 600 mg | Eleven names share this weight |
| Single amounts | Not printed | Only ceilings can be worked out |
| Daily Value | Not established | No percentage is shown |
The printed directions, when the side panel is readable, decide how many servings a day you take. In our image the text reads "take 2 capsules" and then is cut off. We do not fill in the rest.
The blend03
What is a Proprietary Blend line?
It is one line that gives the total weight of several ingredients and lists them from the heaviest to the lightest, without giving each amount (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).
That rule is why the first name must weigh at least about 55 mg and the last name no more than about 55 mg. In between, each name has a ceiling. The proprietary blend page shows the math and why a blend makes it hard to compare PureLung with studies.

Gaps04
What is cut off or missing?
The side panel is partly hidden in the render we have. Directions, the storage line, the end of the warning text and the "Third Party Tested" detail are not fully readable.
- Directions: begin with "take 2 capsules" and stop. Read your bottle.
- Warnings: mention pregnant or nursing women, age 18 and a medical condition, and say to consult a physician.
- Origin: no country of origin is legible. A seller graphic says "American Company", and that is not a label statement.
- Allergens: no statement is legible.

See packsClear vs blend05
How does this panel compare with a clearer one?
A clear label prints each ingredient on its own line with an amount and a percent Daily Value where one exists. A blend label prints one total.
For readers, the useful question is whether you can compare it with a study. With a clear label, yes. With a blend, no. The NIH advises people to tell every clinician and pharmacist about every supplement (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need To Know), and a blend means they cannot tell how much of any name you take.
Check yours06
How do you check the panel against your own bottle?
Hold your bottle next to the picture above and go line by line. It takes about two minutes and protects you from a mix-up.
- Match the name: the front should read PureLung with "Respiratory Support & Lung Health*".
- Match the count: 60 capsules, serving size 2 capsules, 30 servings.
- Match the blend: 600 mg, eleven names, in the same order.
- Match the inactive line: rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica dioxide.
- Note the lot number and expiry date, and keep a photo of the label.
If any line differs, stop and contact the order desk at the contact page. Differences can mean a new batch with a changed formula or a copy sold by someone else. Copies are a known risk on marketplaces, and Consumer Reports advises buying from the brand's own channel (Consumer Reports, Avoiding Counterfeits Online).
If a capsule looks wrong, smells off or comes in a damaged bottle, stop using it and report it to FDA MedWatch (FDA, MedWatch).
Common mistakes07
Why do people misread supplement panels?
Most people look for a big number and a percent. A Proprietary Blend line gives a big number, 600 mg, and that number can feel like a dose of each ingredient. It is not. It is a total shared by eleven names.
Another mistake is reading the order as a ranking of benefit. The order is by weight only. The first name, Himalayan pink salt, is listed first because it weighs the most, not because it matters most for lungs. A third mistake is reading the percent brackets, such as bacopa (20%) and green tea extract (50%), as the share of the capsule. They describe the extract strength, and the label does not say of what.
FAQ08
PureLung questions people ask
What is the serving size of PureLung?
2 capsules. A bottle has 60 capsules, so 30 servings.
How many milligrams are in one PureLung capsule?
The blend is 600 mg per 2 capsules, so it averages 300 mg a capsule. The label does not give a capsule-fill weight beyond that.
What does Daily Value not established mean?
No official Daily Value exists for that line, so no percentage is printed.
Who is MJO on the label?
MJO, Sheridan, WY 82801 is printed as the distributor. The label does not name the manufacturer or give a phone number.
Does the label list calories or sodium?
No. The panel shows no calorie or sodium line.
Is the supplement facts image on this site the real label?
It is the supplement facts panel as supplied by the seller. If your bottle differs, trust your bottle.
Is "Third Party Tested" backed by a lab report?
The mark is printed, but no lab or report is named. We list it as unverified.
