How to Take PureLung: The Label Serving and Common Sense

Quick answer

The label serving is 2 capsules, and a bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 servings. The side panel text with directions was cut off in the image we saw, so read your own bottle for timing and warnings. Do not take more than the label says, and ask a clinician first if you take medicines.

What is the serving on the label?

The Supplement Facts panel states a serving size of 2 capsules and 30 servings per container, with 60 capsules in each bottle. The 600 mg Proprietary Blend is the amount in those two capsules together (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).

Some pages claim a different number, such as 1 capsule or 3 a day. If the number on your bottle differs from what you read online, follow the bottle.

What is missing from the label image?

The directions, storage notes and warnings sit on a side panel, and the picture we have shows that panel cut off. We do not guess the missing text. Read your bottle when it arrives, and check for a "keep out of reach of children" line, an allergen note and a pregnancy warning.

A sensible way to start

A few small habits make a first week easier to judge and safer to manage.

  • Ask first if you take any prescribed medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or have surgery planned.
  • Read the full panel and the inactive ingredients for allergies.
  • Take the label serving with a meal and a full glass of water, which is gentler on the stomach for most people.
  • Note the date you start, so you can link any change to the capsule, not to a cold.
  • Stop and call a clinician if you notice any sign on the side effects page.

What not to do

Do not double the dose to speed things up. More is not better, and the ingredient amounts are hidden, so a higher serving may also raise the dose of ginkgo or tea extract beyond what is wise.

Do not take it in place of an inhaler, a steroid or any prescribed medicine. Do not use it to treat a breathing emergency, since a capsule works too slowly for that.

Emergency

Struggling to breathe, blue lips, chest pain or confusion call for 911, not a supplement (NHLBI, COPD Symptoms).

How long does a bottle last?

At 2 capsules per day, a bottle lasts 30 days. Over several months that adds up. Use the pack planner on the pricing page to count bottles, and remember that the prices there are slots until the live checkout is confirmed.

What does the PureLung label say?

The label shows 60 capsules, a serving of 2 and a 600 mg Proprietary Blend of eleven names with no single amount; it names no disease.

Storage and the lot number

Keep the bottle closed, in a cool dry place, out of reach of children, unless your label says something different. Save the lot number printed on the bottle. If you ever need to report a problem, the lot helps the seller trace the batch (FDA, MedWatch).

For more on timing see the how to use page.

FAQ01

PureLung questions people ask

Can I open the capsules?

The label does not say so. Swallow them whole unless a clinician advises otherwise.

Should I take it on an empty stomach?

Food is gentler for most people, but follow your bottle.

Can I skip a day?

Missing a day does no harm that we know of. Do not double up the next day.

Can children take it?

No. Nothing on the label is written for children.

Can I take it with other supplements?

Ask a pharmacist, because overlaps such as extra B vitamins can add up.
