The front of the bottle says 60 capsules, and the Supplement Facts panel agrees with 30 servings per container. That is the number to check when your order arrives. Count them, and write to the retailer if the count is short (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
The count is not a claim about strength. It only tells you how many capsules you receive.
How the days add up
Because a serving is 2 capsules, the numbers are simple. A bottle covers 30 days, three bottles cover 90 days, and six cover 180 days. Skipping days stretches them, and taking extra shortens them.

The average of 300 mg per capsule is simple division of the blend total. It is not the amount of any single ingredient.
What is in a capsule besides the blend?
The panel lists rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide as inactive ingredients. Rice flour is a filler. Magnesium stearate and silica dioxide help powders flow in a machine. The shell itself may be a gelatin or plant material, and the label image does not say which. If you avoid animal products, ask the seller.
