PureLung Dosage: Capsules Per Day and Why More Is Not Better
The label serving is 2 capsules, which carry a 600 mg blend. The panel does not say how often per day, and the side panel is cut off in our image, so follow your bottle. Do not take extra capsules, since the amounts of ginkgo, green tea extract and B6 are hidden and a higher serving may raise them.

What is a dose on this label?
The Supplement Facts panel shows a serving size of 2 capsules and the amount per serving: a 600 mg Proprietary Blend. That is the only dose information we can read. The label does not give a daily maximum in the part we saw.
Check the directions on your bottle, which should say how many servings to take each day (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
How the numbers work
At one serving a day, a bottle lasts 30 days. At two servings a day, it lasts 15 days and you would double every ingredient. Because the amounts are hidden, doubling the serving doubles amounts you cannot see.

Why more is not better
There is no sign that a higher dose helps, and some names have caution points. Ginkgo can affect bleeding. Green tea extract has been linked to rare liver injury in high doses. Vitamin B6 in large amounts over time can harm nerves. Salt adds sodium. A higher serving raises each of those risks by an unknown amount.
If you feel nothing, taking more is not the answer. Stop the trial and speak to your clinician instead.
If you miss a dose
Skip it and carry on with the next serving at the usual time. Do not take two servings together to catch up. A missed serving of a supplement like this carries no known danger.
If you took too much
If you took more than the label serving and feel unwell, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 in the United States, or a clinician. Take the bottle with you. Watch for stomach pain, dizziness, a fast heartbeat or yellow skin. Severe symptoms need 911.
