What does the retailer say about refunds?

The steps in order
- Keep your order email, the box, the bottle and the lot number.
- Contact the retailer by phone at +1 (302) 200-3480 or email at [email protected] and say you want a refund.
- Ask for an authorisation number if the live page requires one.
- Pack the bottle and send it with tracking to the return address given by the retailer.
- Keep the tracking proof until the refund appears.
Write down the date and time of every call or email, and ask for the name of the person you spoke with. A short written record turns a vague complaint into one the retailer or your card issuer can act on, and it takes only a minute while you are on the phone.
How long does it take?

What to do if the retailer does not answer
